Logan says, "Happy Halloween" and "I love my mummy"!

Awake for a minute:)

Paige decided to go as Belle this year. It turned out to be a dreary, cold, rainy nasty day so needless to say we didn't last very long outside. Logan and I stayed in since it was so cold and Paige and Daddy lasted only a half hour. Paige wanted to come back in because she said she was cold! She was having more fun this year passing out the candy and looking at the costumes! I have to admit I was glad she wanted to come back! I was sad that I couldn't go with them.

Ready to trick-or treat!!

First week home!!

Welcome back to the newborn stage!! I think your brain forgets just how tired you can be and still function. Logan is doing great and is eating like a champ. He has his days and nights mixed up some but each day/night gets a little easier. I think this time around we aren't as anxious and know that this will pass eventually and he will sleep more as he grows. The hardest thing has been all the worries about germs. The doctor suggested that we Brad, Paige, and I all have the seasonal flu shot and the H1N1 shot. He said we have to be very careful with the baby and protect him as much as we can. It looks like it will be a long cold and flu season and we will not be leaving this house much!! He has even asked us to limit visitors and to make sure that everyone washes their hands and to try to keep little kids away from the baby as much as we can. Paige is enjoying being a big sister too and thinks that her brother is very cute and she loves him very much. She is going to school during the day still and I wash her down and change her clothes when she gets home to make sure the school germs stay away:) We will just have to pray that no one gets sick and that we can keep Logan healthy. I am breastfeeding so that should help as well. Paige is taking care of her baby in this picture above.
While we were in the hospital Paige got up in the night at Nana's to use the bathroom and she was half asleep. She bumped her eye on the bathroom sink and got a nice black eye!! We kept telling her that we had to document her first shiner:)

Paparazzi, back off!!

I'm serious about this. No more pictures.

Here is Paige acting goofy with her shiner!

First sponge bath!

All cozy in his towel!

At school Paige's teacher made her a big sister crown and she loved it! She wore it around the house for days and was very proud of being a big sister!

Nana brought Paige a special princes cake treat one night while we were eating dinner!

Logan with his eyes open:) He is super handsome! ( No bias here)

Paige has also been a big helper since we got home. Here she is helping Daddy wash the car!

Logan sleeping in his favorite chair. Paige adored this chair when she was a baby also!

Paige took this picture and was so proud of it so I just had to add it to the post!!

Announcing Logan Bradley!!

Mommy at 39 weeks pregnant trying to smile through the contractions!!
My labor woke me up at 4 am and I told Brad that I thought it was time. We dropped off Paige and headed to the hospital. We arrived at the hospital at about 7:30 and got all settled in. I was having contractions at that point about four minutes apart and they were pretty intense so I got my epidural. It was very helpful! Logan arrived at 11:52 am and we were so thrilled. Logan was 7 pounds, nine ounces and nineteen inches long! We are also shocked at all of his dark hair and how much he had!!
Right after he was born!

Fall Festival & The Pumpkin Patch!!

Today Brad, Paige, and I headed out to the Fall Festival at our pre-school. It was chilly today so we bundled up and decided to go have some fun anyway! Here is Paige getting her face painted.
Paige with her flower.

Each class made a scarecrow for a contest. Paige's class decided on the theme of The Big Bad Wolf and the Three Little Pigs. Here is Paige with her class scarecrow. My class theme was Johnny Appleseed. I forgot to take a picture of it.

The three of us on the hay ride. Excuse the giant pregnant lady!

Daddy's Little Girl

Paige loves to spend time with her daddy when he is watching baseball. She likes to watch with him and talk to him about the players. She has learned so much about baseball and loves to talk to Daddy all about it! She also likes to act it out while they are watching! Here is a picture of her being the catcher. She looked at us one night and said I'll be the catcher, watch me and this is what she did!! So cute!!
