Lights, Camera, Action in GA?

We heard through the grapevine that our small town was filming a movie. So I decided to go over to the set and see if we could check it out and scoop out any celebrities. The movie is called "The Odd Life of Timothy Green". It stars Jennifer Garner, Common, David Morse, Dianne Wiest, Ron Livingston , and more. Here is a sign showing which way to filming.

Here she is taking a picture with Paige. I should have snapped two pictures so Paige's eyes weren't shut but at least I got a picture. She was super friendly and very nice to all the fans watching outside. I said, could you take a picture with my daughter?". She said, "Of course". She asked Paige how old she was and said I have a daughter your age. I asked for her autograph and then she had to head back to set! Pretty eventful day in our neck of the woods!!

Paige's Five Year Checkup

Paige had her five year checkup last week! Here are her stats:

Weight: 39 1/2 pounds (25-50%)

Height: 42 inches: (50%)

Paige is a such a blessing to our family and we are so honored to watch her grow and change. At five Paige loves preschool and enjoys learning every day. She loves to draw, color, and take part in any school activity. She can write lots of words, all of her letters, and is even doing some beginning reading. She asks how to spell everything and wants to try to read some of her books. I guess when your mom is a teacher you love school. I hope it always stays this way. She also takes dance and started soccer last week. She is a big helper for Mommy and helps me with her brother every day. (Side note: Don't worry they fight too!) She loves playing outside and riding her bike/scooter. She also loves to play dress up and Littlest Pet Shop!! She is great friend and loves being around people. We are so proud of her!

February Break

Last week during winter break my dad and Cheryl were here visiting. We went to the train museum because my dad loves trains. We had a blast and they even had a nice section for the kids to play in. Here are the kids in the pay room.

We also took the kids to the bounce house one day. It was Logan's first time and he loved going down the slides. I had to walk him up every time so it was good exercise for me.
