Here are some pictures of the Rice's at our Christmas Eve Service at church. Doesn't Paige look so beautiful? What a wonderful Christmas we had creating memories with our baby girl!!
Our blog was created so all of our family and friends near and far could keep up with our family in words and pictures!
We took Paige to meet Santa Claus on her tenth month birthday with her friend Devin. Neither one of them were very excited to meet him. At first she looked at him and I thought she was going to like it. Not so much:(
Get me away from this guy!! What you can't see is after this she started to cry!! Maybe next year!!
Paige is trying to do more every day! She loves standing and is trying to pull up on things. She loves scooting and crawling backwards. She doesn't crawl fowards yet but gets around in her way. She is in to everything so it's the same. She is moblie for sure!
Do you love my stylish sweater vest and white blouse with my cropped cords? I am going for the best dressed baby award!!
So happy to play with my daddy.
You probably can't tell in the picture, but Paige's two top teeth have both broken trough the gums and are coming in. So now she is up to four teeth!!
Paige and daddy on her first Thanksgiving.
Paige with her cousins in North Carolina. (Mary, Hailey, Hannah, and Hunter. ) Brad and I went to North Carolina to celebrate Thanksgiving with his grandma, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Nana and Papa went with us too! It was a fun time and great to see everyone.
Mommy and me on Thanksgiving.
Do you think they made Pilgrims wear a crazy shirt like this?I doubt it!!
Paige hanging out in her robe after her bath!
Paige eating some fresh bananas in chunks. We have started giving Paige some table foods. Sher tries to grab everything off your plate. At her nine month check-up the doctor told us to start giving her table foods and to just avoid peanut butter and honey until she was a year. She has had grits(this is the South), scrambled eggs, panckaes, yogurt, crackers, bread, and cheese so far!! So much more to try!
I think I should eat my costume.
I am trying to show you my scary face. I am coming to get you.
Ladybugs are very cute, just like me.
I thought I would show off my two pearly whites! Look close on the bottom.
I am so happy celebrating my first Halloween. I love my ladybug costume. We sat on the porch for awhile and passed out candy to all the kids that came. I really just wanted everyone to see me in my costume.
Mommy, Daddy, & Me with the pumpkins!
Mommy, me, Kate, & Devin. Devin is my friend and Kate and my mom are friends. They teach together. Devin is 18 months old.
Could I be any cuter?
Paige liked sitting in with all the pumpkins. When we tried to sit her next to the big ones all she wanted to do was eat the mulch on the ground. But when we put here in here with all of the pumpkins around her she loved it!
Can I somehow get this in my mouth??
Mommy, Daddy, & me before Grandpa's wedding. We forgot to bring in thecamera to the church, so this is the only picture. We will have to update more pictures later when we get copies that people made for us. Grandpa and Cheryl got married in a nice ceremony and it was very special. We were so glad that we got to be there. We also got to visit everyone in NY and we had a great time.
Paige was enthralled with the trees at grandpa's house. She loves being outside now.
Paige's two bottom teeth have broken through the gums now. They both will be in soon and we will try to add a new picture so you can see them. I let her sit in her booster seat and try some puffs, (fruit and vegetable flavored grain pieces) She can pick them up but wasn't sure what to do with them! She is scooting around now. We think she will be fully crawling soon! She is also saying the phrases nanana, mamama.
