Christmas Eve & Cookies!!

On Wednesday Paige and I made Christmas cookies for Santa and for our family. Paige loves to help me do this every year!

Here are our cookies!!
This is what Logan did while we baked!!

Waiting for their frosting!

Before we left for church on Christmas Eve, Logan did not want his picture taken. This is the kinds of day it was. Crazy!! At least I have the proof to show them both one day!

2 Months!

Logan turned two months old on the 22nd. It's hard to believe that another mom has already come and gone. He is sleeping one solid stretch of 6-7 hours and then wakes up to eat and goes to sleep for about 3-4 more hours. I am very proud of all that sleep!! He is also awake a lot more during the day talking to us and smiling. He is even starting to notice his toys when you show them to him. He loves Paige and smiles so big every time he sees her. She is very good with him and always wants to help with him. She is a great big sister. Here are Logan's two month stats:
Weight: 11 pounds 12 ounces (50%)
Height: 23 inches (50%)

Our Tradition!

One of our holiday traditions is to go look at lights while we sip on Starbucks. We went this past Saturday and Logan was excited to be included in the new tradition!! Look at that smile!

Christmas Pageant

Our school put on a Christmas pageant last week. My class was angels and shepherd's and Paige was a lamb. Here she is smiling in her costume!
Paige is in the hot pick sweats!

Here she is right before the show started in her spot.

Not wanting to wear her hat or sing in her pageant. I was so worried that she wouldn't do it but once her hat was off she sang most of the show!

Singing away!

Much better! It was a super cute show!! I loved being a part of it!

Jack's Birthday!

Last weekend we celebrated Paige's friend Jack's birthday! He has his party at the fire station and the kids got to learn about fire safety and sit in the trucks. Here is Paige and Jack in the truck.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

This year we decided that since Logan is so little and is eating so often that we would stay home and have a laid back Thanksgiving at our house just the four of us. Brad had to be at work at midnight also due to the Black Friday sale so he needed to get some rest during the day.
Yesterday Logan had his first bottle. Here is Daddy feeding him. I was afraid he wouldn't take it from me. I gave him one today though and he was fine. When I go back to work he will be on bottles for two times a day so back to pumping I go! (Since I only work a half-day he will be able to nurse the rest of the time)

I made mashed potatoes, zucchini, squash, rolls, green bean casserole, stuffing, and a small turkey breast!

Here is the breast roasting away. It all turned out yummy and we enjoyed it!

For dessert I made pumpkin spice cake. This is a fall favorite at our house. Brad and I had ours with some coffee so I could fuel Brad through his long work day!

Daddy and Paige at the table!

Logan and I at the table. Logan decided while we were eating that it was time to get fussy so I put him in the carrier so I could eat.

After dinner we played some Candyland with Paige. Brad went to bed for a couple hours and Paige and I watched Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving!

Logan on his First Thanksgiving. We told him next year he will join us in overeating!

Random Pictures!!

Logan swaddled like a burrito. He has slept better the last couple nights since I have truly swaddled him so maybe it does work. He has lasted a five hour stretch and then a three/four hour stretch.
