Today the Georgia Aquarium had an Educator Open House which meant admission to the aquarium was free with a valid teacher ID/paystub.We got to go on the behind the scenes tour and see the tops of the tanks, where they feed the animals, and look at some animals up close. It was a great deal!

The top of the tank.

Logan checking out some seahorses in the behind the scenes area.

Pick me up and let me see it closer, Daddy.

Here are some of the trainers feeding the beluga whales.

The only thing we paid for was the Dolphin exhibit/show. It was so amazing and worth the money. It was a tricks show as well as a story. The kids, Brad, and I really loved it!

You couldn't take pictures once the show started, so here is the tank.

Beluga whales again!

Family shot in front of the whales.

Daddy and the kiddos!

Logan loved it. He kept saying, "Whoa......fish!"

Paige loved it too!!

Family shot again!!

My two favorite kids in the world!

The penguin mascot. Logan was less than thrilled. We hope it was due to the fact that it was almost nap time.

Isn't that a GREAT aquarium?? I've been several times. We tried to take Arend when he was too young and was bored in about 5 minutes. That's awesome you got to do the behind-the-scenes stuff, how neat! I'm afraid to look for an aquarium here, how can you beat the world's largest?? :)
