Easter 2014

We had a terrific Easter weekend filled with laughs and memories. Grandma Cheryl was here to visit with us and it was a special weekend.

Cheryl & me! What a blessing Cheryl is to our family. The Easter service was so special and there was a message in their for both Cheryl and I about trusting in the Lord after a tragedy. They even played the song, "Because He Lives" which my dad also had at his funeral. It was a much needed time of healing for Cheryl and I both. It is hard for me to be away from her, Steve, Jay, and my whole family after dad died. Being near them makes me feel closer to dad. We both felt dad's presence in the service and believe he knows we were together.

Spring Soccer

Spring soccer season has started up and Paige and her team have been doing great.

Paige 8 Year Check Up

Paige had her eight year check up at the end of March. She is doing well and growing right on track. She loves second grade and still adores reading! She is a hard working student and is a very motivated to learn. We could not be more proud of how hard she works at school. She is becoming a better soccer player all the time. She even scored four goals in one game!! We are so proud of our sweet girl!! Getting way to close to double digits!!
